Uniform System of Education
India uses a unified educational framework, also referred to as the 10+2 system. Ten years of basic education are followed by two years of upper secondary education for students. This uniform framework guarantees national uniformity and comparability of educational credentials. The 10+2 system helps students move from foundational years to more specialized fields of study smoothly, preparing them for further education or career aspirations. Furthermore, by streamlining the national education framework, this approach facilitates students' transitions between schools and regions while upholding a consistent academic development.
